Do you do a discount for booking long periods?
Yes, this is possible depending on the length of stay, large discounts can be applied for you when booking direct.
Do you allow pets?
Strictly NO PETS, with the exception of assistance dogs or unless expressly agreed by Stay South Wales.
Do you allow smoking in any of your properties?
Strictly No Smoking. All rooms and common spaces in our accommodation is strictly non-smoking – you and other guests may only smoke outside of the premises.
Are any of your properties shared spaces?
No, we let you the entire property for the duration of your stay. No one else has access, and you are always notified at least 24 hours prior should our cleaning or maintenance team require access.
When making a reservation, how much do I need to pay up front?
Full payment is required upon booking unless expressly agreed otherwise by Stay South Wales.
All payments shall be made by Credit or Debit Card, or bank transfer.
