I surprised my best friend with a weekend away for her 25th Birthday and I couldn't have chosen a better company to book the Airbnb house with! All of my friends and I were absolutely blown away by the house, and the immaculate standards it was kept at! We had access to a huge range of activities within the house which were so fun! In the 2 months leading up to the weekend, Stay South Wales were incredible! They kept in constant communication with me, provided me with detailed check-in and check-out instructions, and even went out of their way to provide birthday balloons for my friend! Any questions or queries I had, they replied swiftly with detailed answers and were always extremely friendly and approachable. A faultless service. My friends and I are looking to book with Stay South Wales again in the future - we love them!

We had a lovely stay, it's like staying in a hotel. The house is very clean and the host even prepared shower kit, teas bags, coffee capsules, towels, hairdryers (2x) ... etc. It is easy to find space for street parking and is located in a very convenient location. There is Tesco express, Iceland, Greggs, Boots.. just a down the road. We had a superb stay, highly recommend staying here.

Lovely house with everything we needed, wish we’d booked for longer!

WAs perfect for our needs. Could come and go as we pleased and facilities were just what we wanted. Reasonably easy walk (20-30mins) to the city and plenty of pubs and restaurants closer to the property.

Lovely clean property. Good communication from the hosts. I hadn’t realised that the emails on how to get into the property went to my junk box but the hosts answered my questions really quickly.

Nice to have a whole house, made it feel like home from home, great location to walk to centre of Cardiff
