All of our properties are self catering with a kitchen and dining area.
You’ll find everything you need in our well stocked kitchens so preparing breakfast, lunch or an evening meal should be easy.
We’ll provide an electric fan over, 4 ring hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, knives, plates, bowls and cutlery.
In the dining area, every property has a dining table, seating and place settings.
Wifi and Home Office
Get unlimited internet access in our properties and ‘work from home’.
All of our properties offer free Wifi to guests. Some of our properties also have room for a desk you can use a laptop at.
For business travellers we want to ensure you can ‘work from home’ conveniently.

Probably not as big as the one you’ve got at home but still fairly big.
Get access to Netflix and all your favourite TV apps on your accommodation’s smart TV.
Also doubles up as a digital radio.

Our properties are continually maintained and refreshed so they are as fresh now as they were when we commissioned this photo-shoot.
We have a recognisable and consistent modern yet homely interior design style and while each property is unique, we pride ourselves on clean, bright and attractively designed spaces for people to live in during your stay with us.

Do I have to bring a towel? Absolutely not.
Freshly laundered, soft yet absorbent and beautifully folded towels will be provided for you and all of your guests.
We also splash out on those handy miniature toiletries that you can squirrel away into your suitcase at the end of your stay and have hanging around in your bathroom cupboard for years to come as a joy-filled reminded of your incredible stay with SSW.

Free Parking*
Some of our properties offer free parking, please check when you book if you need to park a car.
We are able to offer free off-street parking at some of our properties depending on where they are in the city.
Naturally, if the property is an apartment in a block in the city centre we cannot guarantee parking is always available but our helpful team will be able to give you some tips on the best places to ditch your auto.
Where space and local bylaws allow, some of our properties do come with free on and off street parking. Just double check when you book.

24/7 Support team on hand to advise on the best places to buy mouthwatering pastries when the need inevitably arises.
We thought it might be a good idea to make our photos look nice if we put fresh pastries and orange juice on the breakfast table.
However, these croissants are not actually included but we do know where you can get them and we have a really great team of people that are just a Whatsapp message away ready and willing to help you with local insider knowledge on the best local boulangerie (or ‘becws’ as we say here in Wales) and any other pressing matter you care to share.
Such as, where is the airport? Or, I’ve lost the front door key on a night out and it’s rained and I’m all wet and it’s 4am in the morning, please can you let me in and make me a hot cocoa?

This apartment is in a fantastic location for anyone visiting Cardiff. Cardiff Central, Sophia Gardens, Principality Staduim, they are all an easy walk from here. The lovely Llandaff and Pontcanna fields are a short stroll away too as is Bute Park. and for the bonus point is secluded, private and gated parking. It ticked every box for our stay.
Loved our stay here, it was v clean comfortable and in a great location near the park and city centre Street parking is free too, so that’s a big plus in Cardiff!

The perfect location, the attention of stay south wales to check the correct reception of the apartment and in case I needed anything was excellent, the cleanliness and the ayaya I put in was just like the twists, if I returned to Cardiff I would recommend it, and above all it was perfectly located for the start and finish of the Cardiff half marathon, I was one of the runners, highly recommended.

The host was responsive and made us feel welcome, by calling to check on us, to ensure we did not encounter any difficulty when checking in. The place was immaculately clean and everything we needed was in place. It is a lovely place to stay, and we will surely be coming back.
A really lovely apartment, right in the heart of Cardiff, but quiet and private. Access into the building is via a small shopping arcade, so it's really private. Lifts and communal areas were well maintained and clean. The apartment has a bathroom with bath and shower, loads of storage, an open plan living / diner / kitchen room (very spacious and well equipped) and a double bedroom. Also has two balconies and whilst the view isn't the most scenic, it's very pleasant to sit out with a coffee. The apartment has everything you need, including hair dryer, iron etc and it's location gives you easy access to everything Cardiff has to offer. We had a really lovely weekend.

Great property in Port Talbot area with all the amenities we required. Hosts were great and super responsive before and throughout our stay with clear instructions, useful local information and flexible with our requests. The property is recently refurbished, comfortable and good space for a family with a large supermarket nearby, which was handy. Good spot for visiting Neath and other surrounding areas. Location was a 10 outta 10, close to work, close to town, close to shops & all amenities & close to the beach.
Great little place if you need a place to stay in Swansea. Double bed and double sofa bed gives ample room for 4 if needed. Well stocked kitchen also.

Good location for parking, easy to access all the places especially Wind street, Host was so good when i asked extra heater they arranged immediately, having all facilities, surely next time i will book the same property during my visit.
The kitchen area is specious and fully equipt, the apartment is very clean, and the location is decent (pretty close to the city center, and bus station and the beach).

The apartment is beautiful, it has all the accessories needed in a house, everything is super clean and within reach of everything, supermarkets and the center.It has good transport and good communication in the city. The property was exactly as advertised and suited our requirements for a few days in Swansea. It was clean and comfortable and easy walking distance to town centre.

It's better in real life than in the pictures. Clean and stylish interior, pleasant beding, perfect Appliances and kitchen utensils are warm indoors Thoughtful touches for our guests have been felt. Cheap and quality products close by, it was even better because there was a large grocery store. I want to go again if I get a chance. I highly recommend it.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Was the perfect place for my partner and I to spend some time together away from home, and was only a bus journey to restaurants and St Fagans museum.

Location was great! We were here staying for a rugby weekend. Was able to get taxis easy from this location to the city- took about 10minutes. Suited us well with 4 of us- comfy king size bed and a sofa bed- just what we needed. Lovely kitchen and had equipment there to cook. Would definitely visit again in the future.

No.1 Marina Walk was a very nice place to stay. Everything you needed was there. Easy check in and it was nice to have a welcome call. It was a very short walk to the marina front and the a lovely 15 min stroll down to the marina restaurants and bars and then if you fancied it a short walk into the main high street where there are plenty of restaurants and bars, and the usual high st shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we come back to Swansea. 10/10.
We have just got home from a few days stay in South Wales and will definitely be returning. the accommodation was perfect for us (Family of 4 with two young children) for visiting the Gower and family in the area. check-in was super easy and the parking right outside was great when carrying the kids in after a busy day.
The house is located close to the center, which is about 8-10min away walk. The house can accommodate at least 4-5 people, three rooms available. The communication (check in and check out) with the property agency was great and smooth, very responsive with clear instructions. Overall highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, centrally located, safe area, new built house for 2 or more people.

This is a really nice, peaceful three story house in or near the Marina part of Swansea. It is comfortable and well equipped. I was staying on my own whilst working in the area. I had no problems at all. Everything worked well, and I had no issues at all. The owner communicates well, and in a friendly manner. I had a welcome phone call to check everything was OK, and another call when I was due to depart. Importantly for this part of Swansea, it has its own parking space. It is close to a Tesco express, and some restaurants and bars. I was very happy here, and I would certainly return on my next trip to this brilliant City.

Nice clean compact house in a good location on the new Swansea waterfront development. 5 of of us stayed here and it was good for a short stay. Good value for money, everything worked, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Easy check in and with 1 parking space.

What a lovely stay we had! The location was excellent for the restaurants on the marina, a short drive or a nice walk. Also very close to Swansea Beach and Swansea city centre. The house was exceptionally clean and very well kept. Clearly it is well looked after and maintained. The communication from the hosts was great and with acceptable response timing. Great house - very clean wth nice decor and a high spec throughout. Great for large groups with a beautiful open plan lounge , dining and kitchen area with a massive TV and plenty of seating.
Well furnished, clean, modern accommodation in great location. Handy to beach, the Mumbles, can recommend a visit to both the Beer Riff in the Marina and El Pescador, which are within easy walking distance.

One of the best apartments I’ve stayed in, it’s two steps away from the beach, with a beautiful view .. The apartment is well equipped, very comfortable, they also left some main cooking items like oil, salt and other condiments. They provide netflix and other channels, which was great! They’re also very responsive!
Very nice, spacious and clean flat with a lovely ensuite bedroom. The flat has everything you need. Situated just next to the beach and very close to the town centre and the closest store is just 15 minutes walk away from the flat. Great and smooth communication with the host. Recommended!

Amazing location. Great value for money. Me and my partner had a lovley weekend here. The beach - located two minutes walking, long beautiful beach. Quiet and peaceful, plenty of nice spots to sit and relax and soak up the sun. I can’t recommend it enough. Around fifteen minutes to walk in to the city centre where we found loads of nice bars and restaurants to drink and eat. There’s a nice harbour on the walk round so beautiful to look around and see. The apartment is spacious and comfortable the bed was very comfortable! Plenty of stores aldi, Tesco to get your supply’s. I recommend anywhere to stay here if your looking for a nice weekend where you can enjoy a beautiful beach, bars and restaurants Good vibes!

Had a fantastic break which was helped by being so close to the beach which we were able to enjoy everyday, 2 lovely restaurants within walking distance were an added bonus.Had a great break staying in your lovely apartment. I surprised my best friend with a weekend away for her 25th Birthday and I couldn't have chosen a better company to book the Airbnb house with! All of my friends and I were absolutely blown away by the house, and the immaculate standards it was kept at! We had access to a huge range of activities within the house which were so fun! In the 2 months leading up to the weekend, Stay South Wales were incredible! They kept in constant communication with me, provided me with detailed check-in and check-out instructions, and even went out of their way to provide birthday balloons for my friend! Any questions or queries I had, they replied swiftly with detailed answers and were always extremely friendly and approachable. A faultless service. My friends and I are looking to book with Stay South Wales again in the future - we love them!

We had a lovely stay, it's like staying in a hotel. The house is very clean and the host even prepared shower kit, teas bags, coffee capsules, towels, hairdryers (2x) ... etc. It is easy to find space for street parking and is located in a very convenient location. There is Tesco express, Iceland, Greggs, Boots.. just a down the road. We had a superb stay, highly recommend staying here.

WAs perfect for our needs. Could come and go as we pleased and facilities were just what we wanted. Reasonably easy walk (20-30mins) to the city and plenty of pubs and restaurants closer to the property.
Lovely clean property. Good communication from the hosts. I hadn’t realised that the emails on how to get into the property went to my junk box but the hosts answered my questions really quickly.

Tastefully furnished. Very clean. Good shower, comfortable beds, Sufficient crockery cutlery, Good selection of teas and coffees. Good wifi. Convenient location.
Nice place to stay, great size for a few days to a week and convenient location. Listen to the warning about the deck, it is extremely slippy when wet. Only gripe was the entry gate using a pad lock and the deck when returning at night, little outside light and very dark and quiet. Otherwise great stay.
